Returns Policy
Faulty or Damaged Items
Country Styles and Little Smiles aims to provide quality products but in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please notify us through our 'Contact Us' webpage within Seven (7) days of receiving the item.
Please note that due to the nature of our products being made from natural wood, there may be inconsistencies in the pattern, texture and feel for the surface of each product. This is a natural feature of most natural wood items and it is a perfectly normal consequence of using a natural material. It brings a uniqueness to each piece that is not recognised as a defective item but as part of the natural wood feature. A defect is only when the wood has unnatural marks on it for example, cracks. Therefore, all fault or damage complaints must include photos of the item so that we can review and provide our customers with a suitable solution.
Country Styles and Little Smiles would offer to replace the item for something of the same value. If the exact product isn't available for replacement or exchange the customer will be able to choose a different item of their choice to the same value or a refund. Return shipping ONLY on faulty or damaged goods will be covered by Country Styles and Little Smiles. Please get in touch with us for further instructions regarding where to return products and specific return shipping requirements.
In the event that your order is lost or damaged beyond repair during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can contact the freight company immediately to arrange the best solution for you.
Incorrect Items Received
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item:
- please contact us within Seven (7) days of receiving the order through our 'Contact Us' webpage so we can resolve the issue.
- If the products are returned, all items must be in original condition and packaging, unused and unassembled.
- Free return shipping on incorrect items received.
Change of Mind Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to us, therefore if for any reason you change your mind on an undamaged product after delivery, we would be happy to exchange or refund the product, providing:
- You contact us within Ten (10) days of receiving the item.
- The item is returned in its original condition, as new and unused, worn or opened and has ALL original packaging.
- Must not be damaged in any way.
- In resaleable condition.
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items, including return shipping costs. If we do not receive the returned item, you will not be eligable for a refund.
- If the returned product does not meet the requirements of this policy, the product will be returned back to your nominated address, at your cost.
Important Notes
Please keep in mind that all products you receive from our store are shipped to you directly from our suppliers, therefore there may be different return addresses for different items. Country Styles and Little Smiles asks that you get in touch with us through our 'Contact Us' webpage so that we can fully understand the reasons for returning items and facilitate a smooth exchange/returns process, as well as give you correct instructions for exchanging or returning your particular product.
It is also important to note that all items will only be accepted for return or exchange if they are in their original condition and packaging.
We also ask that you provide proof of purchase to support any claims.
